        It is suitable for the development section before the frame is etched, and the IC frame graphics that need to be etched can be developed according to the graphics designed by the exposure film plate.

       

ADVANTAGE

1. The developing line adopts a linear integrated structure, and the transmission bearing carries the copper material continuously.

2. Process groove cover used the tempered glass which has high transparency. With the corrosion resistant support rod, to easy to observe the situation in the groove.

3. The whole machine adopts a relatively closed environment design exhaust gas outlet, and the exhaust gas outlet is on both sides of each sub-slot, and the uniform extraction.

4. Three emergency stop switches are designed.

5. Development with swing system, with a conical nozzle (in the pool). The nozzle pressure maximum 2.5 kg can be adjusted by frequency conversion and ball valve respectively, the upper and lower pump pressure can be adjusted independently .

6. Tension sensor is installed at the winding place to ensure the winding is orderly, and the shaft is separated by mira film.
